Mocktail Recipes

Spritz Mocktail garnished with grapefruit slices and a rosemary sprig next to a bottle of Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso and a bottle of Lyre’s Italian Orange Sans Drinks

Commonly a warm-weather drink, the spritz is ever-popular and refreshing, so why not enjoy it all year round! This winter version is not only a simple mocktail to make, it’s pleasing on the palate and has an impressive, vibrant hue. Flavours of traditional Italian bitter apéritif and Vermouth Rosso meld with the intensity of tart grapefruit and a hint of spice from the cinnamon. The medley of flavours is balanced by the tonic water, resulting in a citrusy, delicious mocktail which is a great spritz alternative for the cooler months. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary to really make your drink pop.
