With a warm but refreshing Ovant Grace gin base combined with guava, lime, and chilli, it’s a complex mix of sweet, sour, and bitter. Strain into a chilli-salt rimmed double rocks glass with a slice of lime and a side of hot pepper – and prepare to say Ay Caramba!

Ovant Grace 45ml Guava Juice
15ml Chilli Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
Chilli & Salt
Cubed Ice
METHOD
- Rim the double rocks glass using lime juice and chilli-salt.
- Add Ovant Grace, chilli syrup, lime juice and guava juice to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake for 5 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared chilli-salt rimmed double rocks glass.
