Ovant Fancy Fig Gin Mocktail

Gin and fig are a surprisingly tasty combination. Well, honestly, what doesn’t go with gin? This muted saccharine and zesty non-alcoholic gin mocktail balances the flavours to perfection. The warm complexity of the Ovant Grace combined with the sweet acidity of the fig jam, the lemony zing, and the barspoon of honey, is simply to die for. Serve it up in a coupe with a side of fresh fig.

INGREDIENTS

90ml Ovant Grace
30ml Fig Jam
1pc Lemon wedge
1 barspoon Honey
Fresh Fig

METHOD

1. Muddle fig jam, lemon wedge, and honey in a shaker.
2. Add Ovant Grace and cubed ice and shake for 5 seconds.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with fresh fig.
