A contemporary twist on the classic Mimosa, this summery gin mocktail replaces champagne with Seedlip Grove 42. With bursts of fresh citrus and bitter orange, balanced with dry ginger and a lemongrass finish, the gin elevates it to the next level. It also perfectly complements the orange juice. Top with soda water and serve in a champagne flute with a floating edible flower

INGREDIENTS

Seedlip Grove 42: 50ml
Clementine (or Orange) Juice: 25ml
Cold Soda Water to top

METHOD

1. Build into a Champagne flute
2. Top with soda
3. Garnish with edible flower
