This delicious whiskey mocktail is based on the Paper Plane cocktail created by Sam Ross, the long-time bartender of NY’s Milk & Honey. Described as a fancy whiskey sour, this light-hearted version replaces the bourbon, amaro and Aperitif with a combination of very similar non-alcoholic flavours, including a definite orangey sweetness. Add some theatre by attaching a mini paper plane to the rim.
INGREDIENTS
20 ml Lyre's American Malt
20 ml Lyre's Italian Orange
20 ml Lyre's Italian Spritz
10 ml Fresh Lemon
200 ml Agave Lemon Tonic
METHOD
- Shake top 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Top with Agave Lemon Tonic and garnish.
