Cantarito Mocktail

Take a walk into traditional Mexican times with a citrus lovers mocktail.Its simple yet refreshing it has that sugar taste with the citrus and tequila flavour. Great for relaxed settings. This recipe is similar to the Paloma with more of a citrus edge. Served in a clay cup. It is said that the clay cups keep the drinks cold. Simply add Ms Sans Bring a Sombrero Non-Alcoholic Tequila, Orange juice, Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice and Soda, Ice, Salt and Grapefruit to garnish

INGREDIENTS

60ml Ms Sans Bring a Sombrero Non-Alcoholic Tequila
30 ml Lime Juice
45 ml Orange Juice
45ml Grapefruit Juice
600ml Grapefruit Pink Soda
Salt and Grapefruit/Lime Wedge - To Garnish

METHOD

1. Add ice, and ingredients except soda into a cocktail shaker and shake.
2. Pour into a salt rimmed clay cup and top with soda.
3. Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedge.
