A lighter version of the classic Negroni, the Contessa is a delicious summer mocktail and a perfect pre-dinner drink. Equal parts of Lyre’s non-alcoholic versions of Dry Vermouth, Italian Aperitif and traditional Dry London Gin are mixed to create a citrusy and refreshing drink with just a hint of bitterness.
INGREDIENTS
1 Part (30 ml) Lyre's Apéritif Dry1 Part (30 ml) Lyre's Italian Spritz
1 Part (30 ml) Lyre's Dry London Spirit
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a glass over ice
- Stir gently
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
