A fun twist on the traditional Negroni, this gin mocktail uses the same ingredients but plays with the proportions for a sophisticated edge. Lyre's Italian Spritz is the star here, placing the bitter orange flavour at centre stage. Stir, don't shake, in an old fashioned glass and add ice, raspberries, lemon and rosemary.
