Notting Hill French 75 Mocktail

A mocktail with a refreshing pop! A fabulous addition to any event or for an evening in. That fabulous gin infused taste with a dry bubbly, finished off with a lemon twist. Simply add the alluring mix of Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll non-alcoholic gin substitute, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and your favourite sparkling. Serve in a champagne glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll
20 ml of fresh lemon juice
20 ml of sugar syrup
Thomson & Scott Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay

METHOD

1. Pour 50ml of Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll into a champagne flute.
2. Add 20 ml of fresh lemon juice as well as 20ml of sugar syrup.
3. Stir the ingredients gently and top up with Thomson & Scott Noughty.
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
