Sobriety Society Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is a beautifully balanced, it's light but not watery, on the drier side and robust enough for me. It's nice and creamy like a good chardy, but in a modern sense. No overbearing oak here friend! There's a nice little hint of acidity without it being overbearing. I tasted this side by side with two much lesser wines and it REALLY shone.

Good NA chardonnay, very light tasting but close to taste of a real chardonnay. Would buy again.

I really enjoy regular wine, but am trying to cut back due to health reasons and am pretty picky I think. While non of the non-alcohol wines will ever quite taste like the alcohol variety, this was one of the wines that I did enjoy with my meal. Plenty of lovely chardonnay flavour, no unpleasant or grape juice like aftertaste and dry. Will buy again.

After hearing such great reviews I was excited to try this one. But I found it really watery and insipid and not at all tasting like wine (or indeed Chardonnay). The search continues …
